Regina helps her patients discover their potential, work with consciousness, pursue spiritual growth using proven and effective tools, and take conscious responsibility for their lives. Regina has trained directly with renowned psychiatrists and clinical researchers such as Stanislav Grof, Amit Goswami, Stanley Krippner, Alpha Lo, Joe Dispenza, Claudio Naranjo, and Kaleo Ching. Regina continues her training in ancestral traditions by walking with healers, medicine men and women from the Native American First Nations, and the Maya, Mexica, and Toltec roots. Regina advocates for the work and contributions of these traditions, learning from their therapeutic methodologies to combine them with contemporary methods, proving their contribution to the processes of personal transformation. In 2015, Regina launched YOH Transpersonal, a Transpersonal Psychology Platform in Mexico, through which individuals begin their therapeutic process to reframe what is known as spiritual crises, anxiety, codependency, self-destructive behaviors, and intimacy issues. Regina has directed one of the most recognized spiritual retreats in Mexico, Retiro YOH, where people have been able to transform their lives.
