YOH Retreat
The YOH Retreat brings together a group of individuals committed to nurturing and cultivating their minds, freeing themselves from confusion. By taking responsibility for their human experience and finding balance in their lives, participants explore every dimension of consciousness and being—not through philosophy, but through experiential therapies.
Because some life experiences cannot be fully processed through conversation alone, the YOH Retreat incorporates group therapy, psychosomatic, psychosexual, and psychospiritual processes, holotropic breathwork, contemplative awareness, imagination, music, art, symbolism, and non-ordinary states of consciousness and integration, all within an ethical and professional framework.
Through a series of interconnected themes, participants engage in profound psychospiritual work, experiencing its benefits from the very first retreat. The rejection of the shadow, the myth of good and evil, disconnection from one’s essence and maturity, denial of death, and the dynamics of fear and guilt are limitations of the mind that can be released, opening the way to contentment, truth, beauty, and equanimity.
